1. Go to the following link
2. Enter the email: firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Wait for the user to click on the link to confirm that they accept the invitation.
4. Once the invited user completes the signup process they will email you the confirmation code.
5. Go back to the link referenced in step 1 will allow you to confirm by clicking "confirm" to the right under "pending users"
6. Once you click the confirm button you should click the button that says "Add User Permissions"
7. This brings them to the page where you can choose exactly what access you wish to give. There are three options.
"View" "View & Edit" and "Admin" Click "View" = read only access.
